STRVue™ LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the STRVue platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your entity or LLC name. We use this to create and manage your account.
Financial Documents: You may upload property manager statements, expense records, closing documents, and other financial documents. We process these solely to provide the Service to you.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Usage Data: We collect basic usage data including login timestamps, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service for security and product improvement purposes.
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your financial documents and compute metrics; manage your subscription and billing; communicate with you about your account; and ensure the security of the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and transmitted over TLS 1.2+. We implement access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or financial data with third parties except: (a) with your consent; (b) to service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for storage), who are bound by confidentiality obligations; or (c) when required by law.
We retain your account data and documents for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we retain data for 30 days and then permanently delete it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
